West Cumbria search and rescue would like to thank all of our supporters (some of which are listed below) for helping towards fundraising or discounted equipment.

Thank you to Cubby’s Signs for designing & printing the labels for our donation collection tins for free.

Huge thank you to Thermarmour for donating thermal emergency blankets. These will be used to keep casualty’s warm after the team have located them.

We would like thank the defib shop for donating us a brand new defibrillator. This will defiantly save a life.

We would like to thank the team at C&C Barnett for keeping our vehicles moving. Without you we couldn’t respond to every 999 call.

We would like to say a massive thank you to East Cornwall Search & Rescue Team for donating us their old communications vehicle. This will allow our team to have a control room wherever we are called out. Helping us to extend communications and allowing our controllers to be on scene. The Vehicle will also act as a welfare unit for all of our volunteers. Click on East Cornwall’s team logo above to visit their website and see the amazing work they do.

We would like to thank Peter from D&G Autocare for their donation of two replacement batteries for our communication vehicle. This has saved the charity a massive amount of money and means we are able to once again use our communications vehicle while off grid to power essential radio equipment. Without the generosity of bussiness like D&G Autocare we would struggle to continue doing what we do.
